What is the difference between a slouchy and a ribbed beanie?
A slouchy beanie is longer and sits loosely at the back of your head. A ribbed beanie sits closer and covers your ears; with a turn-up cuff you get a second layer of knit over your ears.
Which hat will not itch?
If wool scratches you, choose a lined hat: the lining sits on your forehead and ears, so the knit does not touch your skin there. Each product page says whether a hat is lined and what the lining is made of.
What size are your hats?
Our knit hats are one size fits all. Measure around your head just above your ears and eyebrows, and if you are unsure, email the number to info@miz-collection.ch before you order. You can return an item within 15 days.
How do I wash my beanie?
Follow the care label inside the hat. Our beanies are made of different materials, such as acrylic or blends with wool or 30% cashmere, so the care differs. The care note is also on each product page.
How fast will my order arrive, and are there customs fees?
We ship from Gattikon ZH. Delivery within Switzerland takes 2–3 days, with no customs fees within Switzerland, and all prices are in CHF incl. VAT. Shipping within Switzerland is free from CHF 50.
