2. Scope
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers ("you") in our online shop. The version in force at the time of your order applies. Any different terms from customers apply only if we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
2.2 Our shop runs on the Shopify platform.
3. Offer and contract
3.1 The products shown in the shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. Colours and materials may look slightly different on screen.
3.2 By clicking the button to complete your order, you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart. You will then receive an automatic order confirmation by email. It only confirms that we have received your order.
3.3 The contract is concluded when we accept your order, at the latest when we ship the goods. We may decline orders without giving reasons, for example if an item is no longer available. In that case we refund any amount already paid straight away.
3.4 To order, you must be of legal age or have the consent of your legal guardian.
4. Prices
4.1 All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT (MWST).
4.2 Shipping costs are shown separately in the cart and at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping within Switzerland is free for orders from CHF 50.
4.3 The price shown in the shop at the time of your order applies. Obvious pricing or typing errors are excepted.
5. Payment
5.1 You can pay with:
- Credit and debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- TWINT (activation pending)
5.2 We do not offer payment by invoice.
5.3 Payment is due when you place your order. Payments are processed by the respective payment providers. We do not store full card details.
6. Delivery and shipping
6.1 We ship all orders from Switzerland (Gattikon ZH). There are therefore no customs fees for deliveries within Switzerland.
6.2 Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 2–3 working days from receipt of your order or payment. Delivery times are estimates; delays by the post or courier can occur.
6.3 If an item you ordered is not available, we will let you know straight away and refund any payment already made.
6.4 Please check your parcel on arrival and report transport damage, missing or wrong items as soon as possible to info@miz-collection.ch.
7. Returns (15 days)
7.1 Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. We voluntarily give you a 15-day right of return from the day you receive your goods.
7.2 To start a return, email info@miz-collection.ch within the 15 days with your order number. We will then send you the return details.
7.3 We accept returns only of items in perfect, unworn and unwashed condition, with all tags and, where possible, in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn underwear and opened socks cannot be returned.
7.4 Please send returns to: Miz Collection AG, Gattikonerstrasse 129, 8136 Gattikon, Switzerland.
7.5 Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the purchase price within 10 business days to your original payment method.
7.6 For an exchange, please return the item as described in this section and place a new order for the item you want.
8. Warranty
8.1 The statutory warranty provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 ff. CO) apply. The warranty period is two years from delivery.
8.2 Please check the goods on arrival and report any defect promptly after you discover it to info@miz-collection.ch, with a photo if possible.
8.3 For a justified defect, we will repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price.
8.4 Normal wear and damage caused by improper care (please follow the care label) or use are not covered.
9. Liability
9.1 We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability under the Swiss Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
9.2 We are not liable for disruptions or interruptions of the online shop beyond our control.
10. Data protection
We process your personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Details are in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
All content in this shop (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Miz Collection AG or the respective rights holders. Any use without our written consent is prohibited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your order is governed by the version published at the time you placed it.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
13.1 These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
13.2 The place of jurisdiction is Langnau am Albis (Canton of Zurich), the registered seat of Miz Collection AG. Mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers under the Swiss Civil Procedure Code (in particular Art. 32 CPC, the consumer's domicile) remain reserved.
