Which gloves work on a touchscreen?
Our touchscreen gloves have fingertips that work on smartphones and tablets, so you can check a timetable or answer a message without taking them off. The product page says whether a model has touchscreen fingertips.
Mittens or gloves: which are warmer?
In mittens your fingers are not separated, so they keep each other warm. Gloves give you more grip, for example for keys or a phone.
What size are the gloves?
Our gloves are one size, so you only choose the colour. If you are unsure, measure around your hand above the knuckles and email the number to info@miz-collection.ch before you order. We will tell you whether they fit.
How fast will my order arrive, and are there customs fees?
We ship from Gattikon ZH. Delivery within Switzerland takes 2–3 days, with no customs fees within Switzerland, and all prices are in CHF incl. VAT. Shipping within Switzerland is free from CHF 50.
