Where we ship from
We ship all orders ourselves from our shop in Switzerland: Miz Collection AG, Gattikonerstrasse 129, 8136 Gattikon, Switzerland.
Delivery within Switzerland
- Delivery time: usually 2–3 working days from receipt of your order or payment.
- Shipping costs: free for orders from CHF 50. For orders below CHF 50, shipping costs CHF 8. The order value is calculated after any discounts. The exact shipping costs are always shown in the cart and at checkout before you complete your order.
- Customs: because we ship from Switzerland, there are no customs fees or import charges for deliveries within Switzerland.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by the post or courier can occasionally occur, especially around public holidays and in the busy winter season.
Delivery outside Switzerland
Deliveries outside Switzerland are possible on request. Please contact us at info@miz-collection.ch before ordering, and we will let you know the shipping costs and delivery time for your country. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country may apply and are paid by the recipient.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT. We do not offer payment by invoice.
Items out of stock
If an item you ordered is not available, we will let you know straight away and refund any payment already made.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your parcel on arrival and report transport damage, missing or wrong items as soon as possible to info@miz-collection.ch, with a photo if possible.
Returns
You can return items within 15 days of receipt. Details are in our Refund Policy.
